3/4 cup fresh raw cashews
3/4 cup almonds (blanched or with skins soaked off)
3 oranges peeled and sectioned
1 apple peeled and sectioned
1 tablespoon natural honey (or 2 pinches stevia powder or 1/2 tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute)
Vanilla extract and/or ground nutmeg If desired
Canned coconut cream
(GF, DF, V)
Grind nuts and add to the fruit.
Place everything in a blender and blend until fine and creamy.
This is nice on top of fresh fruit salad or with pancakes.
